Molds, Change Parts, tools can be made in beryllium copper, aircraft or
other types of Aluminums, steels or whatever material is required. We
are a full service machine shop.
Many different material are possible such as Polyesters (PET),
Polypropylene (PP), PVC, polyethylene (HDPE or LDPE), Polycarbonate,
etc. Many newer materials are available and we can offer you product
development with newer plastic polymers.
Injection molds- we have a done a variety of injection molds for cups,
lids, utensils, pre-forms, etc.
